Ulysses culture
At Ulysse Academy, our development culture is based on science, experience, and a constant focus on the student-athlete. Whether in the classroom, on the ice, or in training, every detail counts. We aim to develop responsible citizens who are engaged in their communities and ready to face life's challenges.
The Ulysses model is:
– A work ethic valued on a daily basis
– The development of confidence, leadership and competitive spirit
– Rigorous teaching of technical fundamentals, on and off the ice
– Promoting critical thinking, self-assessment and creativity
– The use of scientific data and technologies to optimize development
Specific objectives
The U15 program offers a structured environment focused on multi-sport learning. Our student-athletes strengthen our culture while developing the fundamentals of hockey through an individual development plan, both on and off the ice. The goal: to build a solid academic, personal, and athletic foundation to prepare for the next steps in their careers.
