Ulysses culture
At Ulysse Academy, our development culture is based on science, experience, and a constant focus on the student-athlete. Whether in the classroom, on the ice, or in training, every detail counts. We aim to develop responsible citizens who are engaged in their communities and ready to face life's challenges.
The Ulysses model is:
– A work ethic valued on a daily basis
– The development of confidence, leadership and competitive spirit
– Rigorous teaching of technical fundamentals, on and off the ice
– Promoting critical thinking, self-assessment and creativity
– The use of scientific data and technologies to optimize development
Specific objectives
The U19 AAA team represents the culmination of a rigorous academic, athletic, and personal journey. Its goal: to prepare our student-athletes for access to the junior (CCHL, BCHL, QMJHL, USHL, etc.), university (NCAA, U Sports), or professional levels, in North America or Europe. In an environment focused on excellence, we guide them to fully seize the opportunities available to them. The team's calendar, modeled on that of universities, promotes balanced and sustainable development.
